We love our Barefoot Spa!
We love our Barefoot Spa! The features are just great. We had a Marquis Spa before and it was a good Spa just didn’t have near the features our Barefoot Spa has! The numerous jets are wonderful, so relaxing! The light show, waterfall and “Squirters” as they call them, delights our Grandkids too!
The chemical packs are so convenient, just drop them in and you are done, no measuring and hoping you got the right amount in! Convenience, relaxation, features and a beautiful spa, what more could you ask for!

Our Barefoot Millennium has met our needs
Have thoroughly enjoyed our spa for over a year now.
The Millennium model has met our specific needs.
Our main issue maintaining the water has been due to using untreated well water.
Living in a rural location has made it difficult to follow up with proper water sample evaluation.
We have recommended this spa to several of our friends.

We Love Our 88MR
Our Entire Family Really Enjoys Our 88mr Luxury Spa From BAREFOOT SPAS. Our spa was made in 2004 and has had very few problems. But when we need to fix a jet or replace a pillow, the parts department has been very helpful. They are very professional and get the correct part the first time and at a fair price. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality spa.

Barefoot Spas Bad Review – Chemicals
It took forever to get the chemicals right. I had really foamy water, and cloudy water for the first few weeks. I had major issues with figuring all of this out. I called the support line a few times, and they had some suggestions, but nothing worked. Then I went to the pool store to see if they could figure it out, and turns out they were even more clueless. They just sold me a bunch of crap that doesn’t work and made the water even cloudier. I finally read online that the foam is caused by detergent in clothes, so we stopped doing that and it helped the foam. Then, once I drained my tub all over again and started over with the fresh chemicals (only one kind) the water was more clear. Again, it took a really long time to figure this out, and I just wish I knew some of this stuff from the beginning. Hopefully this helps someone else with the same problems.

Great delivery
Received my hot tub sat 4/7/12. I’m writing this Barefoot Spas review because I want the staff to know what a great job Mike & T J did. Mike called me, told me he was running a little late. No problem!! He called when he was a half an hour out, showed up, dropped off the tub, set it in place, asked if I had any questions, and everything went perfect. Thank you Barefoot delivery crew!

Check for damages when delivered
I received my Barefoot Spa with a chip in the shell on the outside rail. They sent a guy out to fix it, but it still doesn’t look right. All he did was buff it out and paint over it with some kind of primer. While this is a minor complaint about my Barefoot Spa, I’m not at all happy with how it looks because it’s right on the side that faces my house, so every time I look out the window at the spa, I see the defect.

Barefoot Spas told me the repair was all they could cover under warranty because I waited to long to call in about it. The thing is I didn’t wait to call, I just didn’t see it at first. Apparently, had I noticed the damage right when they delivered, Barefoot would have swapped it out for a new one. Other than the chip in the shell, everything else is running pretty good and I’ve had the spa for about a year now. I guess it’s just my luck that the spa got damaged. Anyway, lesson learned, when you get a tub delivered, check for damages!

We would highly recommend Barefoot to all our friends
I just want to say Thank-you to Kyle and Andy in the technical dept. We received our spa yesterday and had an issue with start up. For some reason it blew a fuse. I called the number for Barefoot and immediately had someone answer. They got me over to these guys and we tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. After trying some simple basic checks Kyle said he would come right out and check even though we weren’t real close to their location.

After the initial phone call I did find the blown fuse but Kyle at this point was only a few miles away, and showed up within the hour. We replaced the fuse and he ran over some functions of the spa with us. We really appreciated him spending the time. This is the kind of action that first, would make us a repeat buyer and second, we would highly recommend them to all our friends. Not only did we save a lot of money on the purchase price from them, compared to buying from a store, but we received first class service. Our Thanks go out to all of you, and we appreciated your assistance. Oh by the way we love the new spa….

We really love our Barefoot, but can’t find another dealer for parts.
Purchased the 88MR series(7 person)spa 6 years ago. We really love it, but need to find another Barefoot spa dealer. The dealer where we purchased the spa is no longer there. We need to replace 3 of the 4 pillows/neck rests & no other pillow from other brands will fit our spa. The Barefoot Spa web-site does not have a purchase link for these items. So we are stuck without finding these exact pillows. This is the only trouble we have had with our Barefoot after all of these years, and other than this we are happy with our hot tub.

Just wanted to write a note to let you know how very much I LOVE my 88BL which was delivered last week by two of the greatest delivery guys in the world! I’ve been in it every day since delivery and am enjoying every minute of it! Thank you for an incredible experience not only from the moment that I ordered it – but all the way through the few minor questions I had regarding a couple of concerns. Andy, Tammy and the entire team have been wonderful. If you are looking for a spa, I recommend you checking out this company! Thanks again… a very happy customer!!!! Thank you for a high quality product
We have had our Barefoot Spa for twelve years and just last week had our first major problem with it. The gentleman who serviced it told us we have a really good tub to have lasted this long with just a few minor issues. Even the outside wood covering still looks good after enduring the PA winters and humid summers. We love this hot tub and recomend it to anyone interested in buying one. We hope to have it another twelve years. Thank you for a high quality product.

Barefoot Spa is a well made product
I use my Barefoot Spa 5 days a week. The massage jets are very strong and perfect on my legs and feet. Barefoot Spa is a well made product. I have a Barefoot ML7, and I’ve owned it since 2002. The 2 motors are quiet and efficient. I had to replace the original cover, but the replacement has lasted over 6 years. The synthetic exterior still looks good. The spa is outside and held up well in Chicago weather.

I wish the water would get hotter
I love My Barefoot Spa. I have had it for 2 months and I use it every day. Low maintenance and low electrical cost. Very efficient service department. I will recommend Barefoot Spas to anyone. The sales staff was wonderful. Had an answer for every question I had. I also love the ECO friendly water treatment and ozone system. My skin is soft, my eyes don’t burn, and very minimal chlorine odor.

The only complaint I have about Barefoot Spas is the water temp only goes up to 104 degrees. I wish the water could get hotter. Then again, my husband thinks I’m crazy. He’s probably right!

Ideal for people with bad backs
We purchased the Barefoot MB7 spa in september 2011. Not only is it ideal for people with bad backs with all the powerful jets, it is very relaxing. It has lots of stainless steel jets, and colored Led digital accent lights, and room for 6 adults. Barefoot Spas technical support staff has been very helpful along the way, with the few questions we’ve had. Overall, I am very happy with both my Barefoot Spa, and Barefoot Spas as a company.

I have enjoyed my new hottub SO MUCH! I got a small tub for 3-4 person Barefoot Spas PR5. It arrived timely and set-up went perfectly according to the instruction booklet provided. It has run properly since day 1. My friend called it a “cadillac”. I’m going to continue with the water treatment chemicals provided even though it was a little tough to figure out at first. I haven’t had to use much chlorine at all which is nice too!

I purchased a spa from Barefoot Spas several years ago and I am very pleased with my selection. The Customer Service I have received on the very few times I have needed parts was excellent. The quality of my spa is excellent and after approximately 7 years it still running strong. It is hard to find such a well built product these days.

Our swim spa has been well worth the investment
We love our Barefoot swim spa and the ease of taking care of it. My husband and I have been using it now for about 3 months in our exercise routine, and we have already seen results. Well worth the investment. Our questions have always been answered with patience and accuracy, since this is not only our first swim spa, but also our first hot tub, we really appreciate the extra time Barefoot Spas customer service has taken with us over the phone.

The Barefoot PR5 is the perfect size
We only recently obtained our Barefoot Spa, but know it will be a daily part of my life. The size we have, the PR5 is just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. Still in the process of getting to know how to manage the spa of getting the temperature correct
and the water balanced. We have had to do a little trial and error to figure all of this out, but I guess thats part of owning a hot tub.

The best investment we ever made
I was going to move south for the winter, but now I love the winters in the snow and the cold in upstate New York. It is the best time of the year to be in my Barefoot Spa. My wife and I spend quality time catching up on the doings of the day while we relax. The best investment we ever made. This is our 3rd season and looking forward to many more.

Love my Barefoot Spa when it’s snowing
We love our Barefoot Spa! We have had it for 2 years and have had no problems. The party lights are great! It is easy to keep clean. We did order a set of steps that took a while to get to us, but since we’ve had them, they really help. It’s really great to be out in it when it’s snowing.
